Poor project management, project timelines are not doable and unplanned. Always on crunch time. Highly stressful and if project goals are unsuccessful it is used as grounds as your poor performance. Constantly hiring new staff and also constantly letting go for unclear menial reasons.

Good people, trusts employees with no time tracking.

Stagnant salary, we got our pays cut off by pandemic and no raise since. Understandable business decision.
