They ask you to lie to patients - Anonymous employee NovaSom Employee Review

They instruct employees to tell patients, "yes, its covered" when in fact the Novasom testing may not be. This was routine. They are very aggressive about sending patients to collections. I have worked in healthcare a long time and have never seen a healthcare company do anything like this for a buck.
