      Job is fun. Students are great. Salary is real time. Flexible work hours. Can take leaves anytime as long as I follow 10-day rule to avoid penalties.

      Pros

      Very friendly group of people. Good place to start out your ESL career and gain some experience of the industry.

      Cons

      Low pay. Treat teachers like children. Constant focus on renewal and innovation instead of perfection of what they have. Huge company so you are a very expendable.
