      Pros

      Working at Novakid has been a blessing because I can earn while staying at home and being present for my child. I love the flexibility of choosing my own schedule and managing my work independently. There is less direct supervision unlike the traditional office setup, but support is always available when needed. Plus the ability to withdraw earnings anytime is very convenient.

      Cons

      Minor classroom glitches may occur during system updates.

      Job is fun. Students are great. Salary is real time. Flexible work hours. Can take leaves anytime as long as I follow 10-day rule to avoid penalties.

      Very friendly group of people. Good place to start out your ESL career and gain some experience of the industry.

      Cons

      Low pay. Treat teachers like children. Constant focus on renewal and innovation instead of perfection of what they have. Huge company so you are a very expendable.
