Easy to get hired...almost too easy! No cold calling, appointments are set in advance. Talks a good game when presenting a quality of life scenario. Life balance...benefits, minimal gas allowance, etc.
Cons
BEWARE...Ultimate churn and Burn!!! Virtually no training, no resources, no leadership. Primarily looking for warm bodies high turnover rate. Unethical and deceptive business practices. Very little training and management skills makes for a tough situation in a very competitive business category. Over half the advance appointments set up by Nova are not qualified even though they say they are. Will have you zig-zag back and forth to small towns about an hour between appointments, just to find out the business owners are not there or they have already told Nova previously that they had no intention of doing business with them. So about half of the decision makers you will meet have no idea why you are there to begin with. Makes doing any business very tough...not to mention excessive ware and tare on your own automobile...not to mention gas.
