      There are some great people there but thats where it ends.

      Cons

      The pressure on you to perform is so high and unrealistic. This is only heightened by the MD who thinks she knows everything and needs to control you. During the summer months it’s hell.

      Great company to work for, supportive management. Fun industry to be in. Flexible working arrangements

      Good health plan in place but would appreciate further benefits like this.
