-Toxic and immature management -> management will mislead, lie, shame, and grill you constantly. They won’t tell you until well into training that it is a SALES job (that word wasn’t used in any interview process for instance) and that senior advisors take 50% of your commissions for any joint work meeting which they will pay you a stipend to do a minimum amount of joint work meetings per week. -Zero, and I mean ZERO pay for MONTHS -> joint work meeting bonus are only way to make any money but they will take your clients, taking 50% of all potential earnings. -> you will have to hound management to even get your bonuses -you will be forced to call every single person you have ever met and telemarket insurance to them. You sell insurance before ALL else. -You will have to fight to take your investment license exams because management will say studying will impede your phone dialing… aka telemarket sales.
