Unhealthy Work Environment - Nursing Northstar Behavioral Health Employee Review

We have an Awesome supervisor and team at the current facility I work in.

I believe dedicated behavioral health techs should make more money.

The opportunity to help people who need it. The intentions behind the lower-level staff actually doing the work are good. Anything beyond that is terrible

A terrible mess of a company to work for. Unethical and uneducated on the industry they work in. They lack the professional credentials to really know about this type of work, and believe that opinions supersede education. Profit drives motives, and their boys-club leadership group is reckless. Know that they have been accused of significant fraud in their sister organizations. I would not send anyone for treatment here, and I certainly wouldn't recommend anyone work for (or with) them.
