Pros

Nice location. Easy commute. Many employees are genuinely nice people.

Cons

Abusive workplace where managers truly believe verbal abuse is a management tool. The verbal abuse is propagated up the chain & HR / Legal do nothing to reprimand abusive employees. There is a general air of unaccountability, they would rather fire and blame consultants for failures rather than taking action actual real issues impacting progress. Managers live in an imaginary world where meetings consume 90% of employees days. Most of the time nobody will attend your meeting or they will ask you to shift schedule and then discipline you because you moved the meeting to their preference. Meetings convey an air of "busy" however absolutely never accomplish said goals or invent new forks in the road to waste time on. Manager is an extreme micro manager... to the point that they will re-format your presentation for a meeting between two different styles for every other meeting. As if they had totally forgot the previous meeting that style was unacceptable but as of this meeting "has always been the gold standard". Most employees can barely turn on a PC however are absolute "experts" at how to use them. Moreover they constantly belittle employees taking initiative. More times than I can count I was told two employees were being fired. They never fired them and kept them there as if to torture them until they quit.
