- Competitive compensation for certain roles - Global corporation - Large market cap with good credit rating - Basically all pros are Corporate and very few are about the employment experience
Cons
- Silo culture: It's very hard to learn about the corporation and other roles. - Low career growth opportunities - Budget and opportunities are not evenly distributed amongst corporate units and teams - Very lean corporation with extremely tight deadlines
