Great group of people, navigating through a challenging economics. Supportive leadership, reasonable goals and expectations. Lots of information shared with employees. I do not believe there was a single question that was not answered on all-hands. Good education and learning opportunities.

Cons

Challenging times caused by the recession in customer base. Maybe the company should change/adopt faster.
