We also recognize and take seriously the concern around burnout in case management roles—this is challenging work, and the impact is real. NVFS is continuing evaluate this through enhanced supervisory support including workload assessments, wellness resources, and exploring new ways to better balance caseloads while sustaining high-quality services.
