Health Insurance was embarrassing. Unlicensed people doing licensed work which eliminated potential growth in a company for people more willing and ambitious to succeed. Good people worked for that firm but they never recognized the potential. Religion played a big part in job selection and it was a catalyst to alot of former employees. If a "Pro" of this job is how we would get free lunches every now and again, doesn't that speak volumes?
