3yThank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We take all feedback seriously and aim to address any issues raised by our employees, current or past. However, we must respectfully disagree with the claims you have made about the work environment at our company.
At NorthOne, we strive to foster a positive and inclusive work environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity. We have clear policies in place to promote equality, diversity, and a harassment-free workplace. We conduct regular training sessions to ensure that our employees are aware of these policies and understand their importance. We have a zero-tolerance policy for derogatory remarks or discriminatory behavior. Such actions would be inconsistent with our values and code of conduct.
Our leadership team is committed to open and transparent communication, and we encourage employees to express any issues they may have. We have various channels in place, including a dedicated People and Culture Manager, to address employee concerns and resolve any conflicts that may arise. It is disheartening to hear that you had a negative experience.
