Pros
A hybrid work schedule adds some flexibility, but many often abuse it and leave others to do their work from all the "Excuses".
Cons
Everything else. Heavy workloads, non-existent pay raises, and leadership gives no support because they are too busy smooshing clients with false promises. They often undervalue their proposals, so you always struggle to keep the budget. They then throw their lowest billed workers to do all the work. You are often doing work way out of your scope/what you are being paid to do. Toxic management and culture.
