I cannot think of any pros for this job.

You do more work for less pay. The management disrespects you and is very immature for adults. They don't care if you are having mental problems such as depression or PTSD. They also deny you a social life making you work nearly all day and execpting you to come in on only four to five hours of sleep. Honestly if I wanted to kill myself, I would climb to the ego that the managers show and jump to their IQ level. This place is terrible to work for. They also don't give raises or offer some type of medical. They don't listen to you if you have ideas to help the busniess. They say they do, but they really don't. I only recommend this job if you are in desperate need for a job.
