Great opportunities to do multiple tasks over career path. Globally relevant with ability to interact with employees from many different cultures.
Cons
More interested in stock price than human capital. Slow to react to market trends, as there is very little if no marketing. Engineering driven. No interest in mentoring younger employees. Great amounts of experience leave without ever being passed on.
