While the hybrid work model is a big con for me, it can sometimes make you feel isolated, and you really have to make an effort to stay connected with your colleagues. Additionally, the role isn’t always 100% well-defined—it’s still a work in progress. While that can be challenging, the openness of management makes it easier to navigate and adapt.
Overall, it’s a great place to grow and develop, but there are some areas that could be improved, especially in terms of team connection and role clarity.
