Pros
Being an ex-employee these are my pros what I felt throughout my tenure 1. On-time salary. 2. Transparent. 3. Good work ethics. 4. You will get respect always. 5. Cool office place. 6. Flexible working hours. WFH option. 7. You will get mac if you are joining the Tech Team. :) 8. You can learn new technologies and apply the same in production application that's one of the best things of Node. 9. Office parties. 10. Zero office politics. Employee sack happens in every small big organization. It's all about business. There should not be emotions attached in the professional field. There are employees in Node who are there for 6 7 years and the greatest thing is that Node re-hire ex-employees who have worked with Node previously and also if that suite for both the parties. I have never heard of rents, GSTs issues that were highlighted in the previous post. I personally feel an employee should not think about those things. It's totally upto the management. And last of all cool CEO who always encourages to attend meetups, push to learn new things and grow and has the ambition to achieve something and he wants to spread across all the employees. That's what an employee wants from a CEO.
Cons
Work culture could have been better in terms of specific team management especially the Tech team. That's all cons I can recollect from my journey with Node.
