Too much overview from outside agencies

The clients are great to work with. Be advised some can be challenging.

In the past the office politics could be nasty. There appears to be favorites. Its pretty bad when field staff prays they never get called to the office. Senority does not seem to matter. Be advised you could be layed off even if you have been there longer, and younger less experianced staff kept.
