-Always learning and changing no day is truly the same which is great.
-The benefits are some of the best I have seen since entering the workforce.
-Great people, culture and support for staff is present.
-Improvements are always being made and discussions with the CTO or CEO about improvements or issues are not uncommon like other jobs I have had before.
Cons
-Dealing with multiple different vendors and forms of communication can sometimes be a lot to juggle. Definitely takes a while to get running and trained properly. I would say I definitely learn multiple new things every day which is good but sometimes is a struggle to manage and effectively assist customers at the same time. (Not necessarily a con just something to keep in mind if applying you will have to come in and be adaptable daily to succeed).
