      Pros

      Its nice palce to work with. Though its a little tough to manage the daily life because of language barrier as alien to japan, rest are fine.

      Cons

      sometimes very hard managers and useless rules compiled and forced to follow them without any bigger adavatange .. kind of thses thisngs are downsides

      Pros

      Non Invasive Monitoring Systems (NIMS) is a start up medical device company. The company holds several patents on its novel technology. Both science and professional opinion leaders support the therapy. A large portfolio of scientific papers supporting its efficacy.

      Cons

      This new technology hasn't been widely accepted in the medical community. Institutions wanting to utilize the therapeutic device are currently using reimbursement codes that are non-specific, thus the reimbursements are low.
