If you get hired, plan for nights with no day shift in sight. Over 70% of night shift team members are new hires within last few months. Unless you're experienced and established in the company for some time, don't ever expect day shift. Management is their own clique and the rest of the team is expendable. You have to be a "yes man" to stay here. Have seen good people get fired for speaking their mind or "rocking the boat". New ideas and plans get shot down left and right unless they are managements idea first.
