Most all of it. Management is inept at best and malicious at worst. Pay is low comparable to the industry. As corporate eliminated jobs to save money, new responsibilities were given to me, with no increase in pay. Issues could be brought up again and again with no action to fix things. Constantly understaffed and you will be asked to do the job of 2 or even 3 people in a day. I was contacted on my days off about random stuff, that could have easily waited until I was back on the clock. You will walk 20 to 30 thousand steps a day, and there is no program to make getting good shoes easy. I now know that company shoe vouchers are a thing, and there's no excuse for why they don't do this, save stinginess.
Yeah, not good.
