Pros
Nothing positive for this company.
Cons
Last year i joined NICE as Program Manager with lots of expectation as i have great experience on Program management and worked with fortune 500 companies . I was expecting good working environment from NICE. They layoff me within 5 month without any solid reason and even my manager also got shocked and told me this is not his decision and he was told by the leadership in US who is doing lot of micromanagement and as my un-official discussion with him he told me the Leadership don't like your new formats of reports and ideas and they don't want someone to come-up with new thoughts so that why they layoff me. Its Pure service based company where you need to work late evening and on weekend. These days getting Great place to work certificate is very easy in India. Most of the reviews are fake and added by the admin and HR team members. In current situation getting jobs at management level is very difficult and they are firing the employees without any reason. Three Directors resigned from my Business unit within 3-4 month when i joined and there is no replacement for them which create suspense in mind if they really resigned or its layoff. They layoff other Tech managers and leads who are performing well. My recommendation not to join this company as you will be treat like a slave and Leadership can fired you any time without any reason. I know what challenges i faced without jobs as i have my family expenses , rent, children school fees and other expenses. I will prayer to god please empowers the NICE Indian leadership team so they can take there own decision without got influence from some stupid person sitting at US and dictating his decision . I know India is a great country with good leadership quality. Think 1 Million times before you join this organization as your manager don't have control on your job and you can be fired any time by US leadership without any reason as they join most of the meeting and if they don't like anyone approach or idea they will ask your manager to ask employee to resign from his position. This is one of the worst micromanagement i have seen in my 17 years of professional experience.
