Pros
I have been a agent at NextGen Realty for a little over a year now and can honestly say that the management as well as the training is second to none. Throughout my time here I have gotten the one on one and group training that has helped me develop the skill-sets necessary to be successful in this competitive and demanding career. Also, NextGen Realty has superior and proprietary technology that enables you to stand out within an inundated marketplace. One thing that makes Nextgen Realty special in my opinion is the sense of community within the company. Demetrios (the CEO) along with management (in particular my direct manager Eli) have created a workspace where people are able to rely on each other and help out whether that be a co-broke opportunity or general guidance.
Cons
Only con I can say about the company is that there is no base salary provided but that is standard for independent contractors.
