      Pros

      "Perks at work" is nice, but technically you can use it without being part of a supported company because their don't really check.

      Cons

      Super culty vibes, ask anyone who worked there. If you see any positive reviews for them, it's most likely done by their own people. Tech stack is ancient.

      The staff is on mission. It's very very refreshing

      Cons

      They might be perceived as opportunistic because they devote so much to others outside the company. And they push people (professionally and personally) to the point of failure/innovation to prove they can get better.
