Don't even imagine about pros.

They will expect to work 24*7. No employee friendly. You will get frustrating to choose this company . Old technologies and really worst working environment. No proper documentation for any project even they didn't analyse customer requirements before developing they blindly tell what they want later or during delivery time they asked to change entire requirements and they won't allow time for that you should complete that work at any cost, you can stay in company but they never offered atleast food/snack. They won't estimate any time before developing so once development start you should do magic everytime to complete their tasks. No work ethics. You can call them as juggas company. No proper hike or appreciation for your work. After job resignation also they won't pay but they will play well. Please think 1000 times before joining otherwise it will make to think as why you joined this company.
