Except for the Outsourcing business dept (always over time, low salary, no benefit), being an auditor or tax consultant gives you a plenty of time. Low salary but less pressure and more time to enjoy your life, or else, doing other stuff to earn more money

- Low salary: the starting level for tax and audit is acceptable. But the increasing level is very low. It is not based on performance judgement but the will of BOD. The starting salary for outsourcing business accountant is even lower than local firm - No/ low benefit: no 13th monthly salary. No year bonus if you have not work for a full year or if you inform them that you will leave after the Lunar new year holiday. The bonus is 70% or 50% or less than, and again, based on what the BOD want to pay for you not any clear judgement for performance. - Dress code: It is a professional firm but the dress code is not emphasized, even the partners and managers. - Culture and values: lack of firm cultures (the collaboration/ relationship among departments are not so close. The dept culture is stronger than the firm cultures).

The average salary is a little bit low, especially for an entry-level staff. It would be acceptable if your priority is to gain experience first.
