After moving to Colorado Springs a couple months ago, it was great to find a company like this. Everyone has made me feel so welcome. My supervisor is very understanding and caring. I have enjoyed learning new skills, and I feel like I could make this a long-term career.

Pay could be a little more competitive

Worked the position as Lab Manager without additional compensation above Lab Supervisor. Left for better pay and less responsibilities.
