      Easy job, not much tasks. Managers don't know what they're doing so it's pretty chill, don't have to do much.

      Cons

      Managers don't know what they're doing!!! No strategic thinking. A lot of people working don't have actual graphic design skills. Lazy work ethic

      * Pay is good * Lack of micro-management

      Cons

      * Extremely chaotic with lack of help / resources * Because management is so hands off, you receive little feedback * Takes forever to get promoted * A lot of HR violations in the workplace
