Friendly atmosphere including almost all supervisors, and management is interested in maintaining a happy and productive workplace, union and company work well together, very good pay although many jobs require skill, by far the best benefits in the area, and opportunity to bid for promotions. Supervisors are promoted from workforce. Almost zero turnover indicative of great place to work. Fun to work for and sometimes with celebrity customers. Unlike typical for the trades, the work is not seasonal.
