Pros

Consistent hours, overtime at holidays, benefits are good, WFH is amazing.

Cons

Transferred to Newegg Bridge for roadside assistance. The systems are not set up properly and I'm no longer able to do my job properly. Management is breathing down our necks when it is their contracts and equipment that is failing us.

Collaborative teams and strong cross-functional communication.

Cons

As a global company with a diverse workforce, communication styles can vary across teams. In some situations, discussions may take place in languages other than English, which can occasionally create challenges for employees who are not fluent in those languages.
