IT is a joke. you will wait months for an email address, computers crash, software is out dated and the" Help desk" is a useless bottleneck of ineptitude. The phones don't work, the servers are not backed up, there is no software training. Departments are chronically understaffed. HR is unprofessional, rude, and goes out of their way to be nonresponsive. High school pettiness and backstabbing abound. Patients complain about the rude staff. Too many lazy slow people counting the days until their retirement. High quality people who actually care about improving things are seen as a threat and laid off . Health benefits are pretty poor- especially for a hospital
