Especially if you’d like to focus on the investment side of real estate -You are selling investment properties- it’s fun and competitive and probably the best thing about the company is the culture and the quarterly trips lol -(NWA acquired property for 100k, then sells to investor for 115k. Selling agent makes 12-20% depending on what bonus agent is in) Average agents will sell 2-4 properties a month, good ones clear 7-10 -Income potential is truly insane
Cons
- 10000000% commission based. If you don’t produce you don’t eat - it’s real estate, deals can fall apart at the closing table and it can be really disheartening - you spend most of your day doing lead gen trying to find new investors to add to your buyers list -yes you will be cold calling, and a lot of it (but it works, just not fun at all)
