Friendly, smart and driven employees that put forth every ounce of effort to complete projects on time. If you come in with a good attitude people will help you. The company sometimes has catered events and holiday activities.

-Low compensation. -Very high turnover rate. -Poor project management. -Too much work expected from too few employees. -Little to no interaction between employees(cube farm). -Limited street parking for employees unless you're a manager. -No room for improvement or ideas on how things could change for the better. -Stale and outdated business mentality. -Unqualified people given too much control. -Zero leadership. -US vs THEM atmosphere. -Teams are fragmented. -Selfish business practices. -Non-progressive. -Persistent passive aggressive interactions between employees and upper management. -Constant inappropriate physical contact and comments from upper management(male) to employees(female) that violate all sexual harassment rules. Despite these unwanted interactions, the harassment of female employees is allowed to continue. -Overall general fear of bringing up issues from employees to upper management due to the volatility of positions and fear of being yelled at and humiliated publicly.
