Pros
When I first started I thought it was a pretty good company. Easy/good communication.
Cons
After a while the communication failed. I would get calls repeatedly to fill in for shifts that they knew I couldn't accept because I was at another job. I was sent to a client's home that was sick with what they thought was COVID, they did not warn me! I was sent to a client's home without the client being called to let them know, so the family was very upset! I was sent to client's homes when they weren't even home! When I complained I got a call saying that I hadn't worked in over 30 days so I was being dropped, I was not getting vacation payout, however, it had not been over 30 days! It's a terrible company to work for. The client's care plans are never up to date or correct. My client's were constantly complaining about their communication with the company.
