Pros
Supporting military IT operations at all levels. Service Desk, Network Operations, Information Assurance (Cyber Security). Good working environment with lots of opportunity for skilled IT personnel. The customer is very satisfied with the quality of the company. The company is relatively small so the employees have access to the CEO pretty easily. He is very approachable and encourages communication.
Cons
Government contracts limit work that could be done. The company is ready, the contracts hold us back. Work locations are few, but are expanding to other locations. Management style depends on department, some are very efficient, others no so.
