Run the other direction. This company is a complete joke and a lesson in what not to accept from an employer. Learn from my mistake — I stayed way too long thinking things would improve. They won’t. They never do.

* They lie to your face — constantly. Promised yearly raises? Never happened. * They will do everything they can to avoid paying you. They bend and break their own policies whenever it benefits them. * When I raised legitimate concerns to HR, they retaliated by taking me off the schedule and strung me along for weeks before finally firing me. * They refused to pay out my earned and approved PTO, despite their own system showing it had been scheduled. * Management is clueless, out of touch, and completely disconnected from the industry — most don’t even use cannabis and it shows. * The level of incompetence and disrespect here is unreal. They’ll smile to your face while setting you up to fail behind the scenes. * Working here was two years of wasted time and energy. This place is a black hole for motivation and morale.
