      None whatsoever. I couldn't think of any

      Cons

      Everyday was a challenge. Everyone was overloaded and overworked. It's sad that you wouldn't be getting any help or support from the management. Instead, you would be getting criticism if you even take a minute to rest. The work culture was poor, and benefits were almost nonexistent. Only people with no self-respect would want to work there

      Pros

      Easy work. Can work straight 8 hrs and leave for the day.

      Cons

      No PTO or Holiday pay unless you are salary employee. Only allowed 30 min break if you choose, otherwise you are expected to stay at your desk. Only allowed to take bathroom breaks. Constantly monitored by cameras installed in production area to make sure you're not talking or away from your desk too long.
