Pros

There is room for flexible days & creating a schedule that suits individual needs. Management makes it difficult to capitalize on “free time” and will often micromanage your routines.

Cons

Low pay, poor/incompetent leadership, micro -managing is the norm, lots of change day to day (documentation & client needs will be unmanageable in 40 hours but not acknowledged to be so) without regard for adjustment time. Lots of “slaps on the wrist” for normal work problems.

good benefits, loved management, good co workers. I liked it.

Cons

no real cons here. Maybe working weekends as a con...but everyone had to do it.

flexible hours, 5 weeks PTO, union

Cons

unrealistic case load expectations, vulnerable population, health insurance for a decent plan is very expensive, despite being overqualified for the position I was offered a base pay in the middle of the pay range listed
