      Customers seem to love the 'family-feel' of the organization

      Cons

      Employees seem unhappy, low morale, lack of optimism or sense of purpose. Employees aren't treated very well unless you are part of the 'upper-management' group, many of which seem very out of touch with reality.

      They are a great company ! I’m glad I decided to take the position ! They are understanding , believe in their employees , & are member focused .

      Cons

      They are a great company , but it’s only for Wisconsin residents that can apply. Maybe in the future that will change
