      Management out of touch with production. Favoritism and Nepotism. Management has feeling of superiority over those that work for them. Problems with payroll.

      Decent job slow pace low pay but plenty of overtime when available take advantage can listen to music

      Cons

      Wages are low for the work never get a raise worth your value
