The organization doesn't have freedom for the employees to go creative. They say to be creative but will treat you like a sheep. You just have to work strictly as per their guidelines and can't question the authority. Just work like a robot. I remember, the founder Mr Shahansha Manzoor during the interview wondered why they were not ranking for the keywords they were ranking once few years back. Sir, the very reason for that is, your Digital Marketing team has not been upgraded. They still follow that "old school style of Digital Marketing" wherein they spam the users. Fortunately, spamming doesn't work anymore, at least in Digital Marketing arena. That was the very reason YouTube account was terminated and Facebook keeps being suspended. You have to add value to your customers. Stop selling and start adding value, selling will automatically happen, a humble suggestion from your ex-employee!
