Pros
- Good coworkers - Remote - Decent benefits - Managers are good at answering questions - Good entry level gig
Cons
- Overworked - Clients can be pretty insane (plus you get handed too many of them) - HR & Managers don't take complaints seriously - Software never works which results in a lot of awkward conversations with clients when their paid services aren't showing up - CEO does not take the time to meet his employees - Unrealistic turnaround times given the workload - Relies too heavily on team members who are just as burnt out & stretched thin as you are so projects lag behind which creates friction with clients - Emotional work environment (all departments tend to clash) - They tell you the is room for promotion, but this takes a ridiculous amount of time here - Lots of trivial & unneeded tasks that stack up
