Pros
Netguardians is a very fast growing company, when I started 4 years ago we were only 12 employees and we are now 80 around the world. We are using some awesome technologies and as part of R&D we are trusted to do the right choices and discuss them among us. The spirit among the people in the R&D both in Switzerland and in Poland is really great and it's really what I call team playing.
Cons
Y-Parc location is fairly poor in term of eating possibilities. You need to take your car to move around.
