HR Director may either lack the necessary experience or is not effectively fulfilling their role. Employee issues and complaints are not being handled adequately, leading to frustration among staff. Additionally, I believe the CEO has not made the best choices when it comes to selecting the management team, resulting in negative consequences for employees and making it the worst work environment in the kingdom.
