To be honest, I haven't come across any downsides during my year of working at Neocol.

Team Members were great to work with. The benefits and perks were standard and up to par.

Expectations were unclear what was sold by account management team. Unfortunately I did not get clear direction from management. I seen favoritism, unclear directions before my eyes and expected more. I guess that was my mistake.
