      Pros

      I cannot think of any benefits. Since its service they are just going to drain the resource as much as they can.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Toxic culture. Lying to client by forcing resource to work with multiple clients and charging a dedicated charge Working hours can exceed 10-12hours everyday
