Pros
Responsibilities undefined although for the right person a great opportunity to really explore and grow your skills and experience although several moving goal posts when you do share your aspirations with your leader or required to do the work first before you receive the formal move. Great atmosphere, amazing colleagues who are super bright and are passionate about what they do. Outgrowing space in the London office but it is what is it!
Cons
Salary okay, no equity as of yet and benefits very start up. Would be great to see some kind of bonus for performance this year as the salary is on or below the market I think - I took a pay cut because I believed this would eventually be increased in time. No salary review yet or don’t know when they do it here especially after passing a probationary period which is long for the UK 6 months Lots of very young in time leaders, some just are micromanagers or show little empathy, but it’s not their fault as they have had no training. Let’s not promote people to leaders just because they joined the company early…. Terrible work life balance, understaffed in lots of areas doing 2x your workload and expected not to burn out. Poor resource planning for business and HR team seem always busy and too swamped to do anything about it
